Your responsibilities:
- Design and didactic development of digital teaching offerings and learning materials in close collaboration with lecturers (e.g. online modules, self-study courses, interactive learning content)
- Advising, training and supporting lecturers in the use of learning platforms and digital tools
- Coordination and management of projects in the field of digital teaching (planning, implementation, quality assurance, documentation, reporting)
- Strategic further development of the university’s e-learning profile and its digital teaching and learning landscape (e.g. identification of needs, development of concepts, contribution to guidelines and standards)
- Analysis and evaluation of existing teaching offerings (e.g. feedback, usage data), derivation of optimisation measures and implementation of innovative teaching and learning formats
Your profile:
- Completed university degree (e.g. Education, Educational Sciences, Media Education, Instructional Design or a comparable field)
- Solid experience in the design, development and implementation of digital teaching and learning scenarios (e-learning, blended learning, online courses, learning management systems)
- Good knowledge of common learning platforms (ideally Canvas) and authoring tools
- German and English language skills, both written and spoken, for collaboration with lecturers, international partners and for the creation of learning materials
- Project management skills, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as strong advisory skills for cooperative collaboration with lecturers, students and service units
