The SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences is a private, state-recognized and accredited university with locations in Berlin, Dresden and Hamburg. Six schools combine modern management and entrepreneurship, media and creative industries, technology and IT, music and sound design in modern German and English-language courses. At the SRH universities, students learn in a purposeful and independent manner according to the specially developed study concept CORE (Competence Oriented Research and Education). In compact scientifically and practice-based thematic units the students are qualified for professional life by activating teaching as well as competence-oriented exams. SRH is looking for a full-time Study Advisor (F/M/D) Student Recruitment as of 1st March 2021. The employment relationship is limited to 2 years.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Acts as main front office contact to prospect students
  • Provides sales-oriented study guidance and recruitment of international students interested in studying at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences via a variety of communication channels of communication (s.a. Telephone, Chat, Email and Message contact with prospect students)
  • Provides full support to applicants during the entire admission process, from enquiry to enrolment
  • Analyses performance reports, sales and marketing data to optimise conversion and adjust future recruitment plans
  • Achieves the set student recruitment targets per intake and year

Your Profile:

  • A Bachelor degree would be desirable, ideally in business development, management or marketing
  • A successful track record in international sales, key account management or entrepreneurship experience would be a big plus
  • An international personality, with a good understanding of the study motivations and goals related to different cultural backgrounds
  • A pro-active team player, enthusiastic, responsible, with a goal-getter spirit and strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office. Knowledge of Emailing platforms/campaigns and CRM systems a plus.
  • Excellent spoken & written English. A good level of German or of another popular/widely spoken language desirable
