In this role, you will assist with a variety of marketing & administrative tasks, with daily operations and overall provide support to our International Marketing & Sales team on ground. The position is for 10 hours per week.

Your responsibilities:
- Assist the International Marketing & Sales Team in organizing and conducting campus tours for prospective students, parents, and education agents
- Support incoming students with onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition to campus life
- Provide administrative and logistical support for events, fairs, and information sessions on and off campus
- Contribute to the preparation and design of PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials for recruitment purposes
- Help maintain and update databases, contact lists, and event documentation
- Collaborate with our team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the student experience
Your profile:
- Student duly enrolled at a German university
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, an addititional languange is preferred.
