Your responsibilities:

Head of Study Program SCM M.A.
Teach and further develop Bachelor and Master-level courses according to the current study programs including sub-programs sustainable and digital SCM
Conduct applied and publishable research in the areas of supply chains, optimization methods, sustainability, digitalization (AI) and logistics
Supervise student research projects, master's theses, and contribute to academic advising within the Supply Chain Management program
Collaborate with industry and academic partners on interdisciplinary research and student projects
Contribute to curriculum development and the internationalization of the SCM program
Acquire third-party research funding and participate in academic self-administration
Support digitalization and AI initiatives and sustainability integration within teaching and research activities including administration
Contribute to international student recruitment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and university service

Your profile:

Doktoral Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field
Demonstrated industry experience in the field of supply chain of at least 3 years, with hands-on application of digital tools (e.g., ERP, APS, IoT, blockchain) and logistics operations
Proven teaching experience in higher education
Strong publication record or research potential
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus
