Your responsibilities:

  • Support the International Sales market managers in managing our partner network: CRM, issue agreements, organise trainings and webinars, and generally ensure a smooth organisation of our cooperation agreements with international partners
  • Be responsible with our B2B and B2I communication strategy, ensuring monthly content targetted to develop our cooperation with our partners
  • Coordinate online and offline events for the international partner network
  • Coordinate planning international events for the International Sales team (schedule, marketing materials)

Your profile:

  • Previous work experience in International Sales or Operations, or as an Office Coordinator, preferably in an international environment, ideally in higher education
  • Good organizational skills, combined with a high level of self-motivation,ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent command in Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel. CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Fluency in English. Good command of German or another language would be a plus
  • Great communication skills, internally and externally, in writing and orally
