Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver a foundational Master-level course in International Management and Law, introducing students to the core concepts of international business environments and legal frameworks
  • Teach fundamental principles of international management, including globalization, internationalization motives, entry strategies, and key internationalization theories (e.g. Uppsala model, Born Global, transaction cost economics, resource-based view)
  • Introduce the legal foundations relevant to international business, including international contract law, international trade law, company law, and intellectual property rights.Apply theory to practice through introductory case studies, enabling students to analyze managerial and legal challenges faced by firms operating across borders
  • Design, supervise, and assess student reports and presentations, supporting the development of analytical thinking, structured argumentation, and professional communication skills

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in International Management, International Business, Law, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
  • Solid understanding of foundational international management theories and basic legal frameworks relevant to cross-border business activities.Ability to explain legal and managerial concepts clearly to students with diverse academic backgrounds and limited prior exposure to international law
  • Teaching experience in higher education and/or corporate experience implementing international business strategies
  • Experience with case-based and discussion-oriented teaching approaches
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written) and strong communication skills in multicultural classroom settings
