Your responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lectures in Global Supply Chain Law with a focus on international contracts, global trade regulations, and supply chain compliance frameworks.
  • Teach students how legal principles such as contract law, INCOTERMS, customs regulations, trade compliance, and ESG due diligence apply to real-world supply chain and procurement decisions.
  • Develop course materials, case studies, and assessments that connect legal theory to practical supply chain challenges in sourcing, logistics, and international trade.
  • Guide and mentor students in analyzing legal risks, contract structures, and compliance issues within global supply chain networks.
  • Stay current with developments in international trade law, supply chain regulation, and compliance standards to ensure course relevance and academic quality.
  • Support academic administration through student supervision, grading, and continuous improvement of the course content.

Your profile:

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Law, or a related field with relevance to global supply chains.
  • Strong knowledge and corporate experience in international contract law, especially in supply, procurement, trade agreements, and INCOTERMS.
  • Solid understanding of global trade regulations, customs processes, and international compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze legal risks in international supply chains and develop practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills in international business environments.
